Photo Galleries
Section titled “Photo Galleries”Overview
Section titled “Overview”The Photo Galleries feature allows users to attach photos to a property and organize them into photo albums.
This provides a visual record of each property and helps keep images structured and easy to access.
Photo Galleries are property-specific and display only the photos associated with the selected property.
Accessing Photo Galleries
Section titled “Accessing Photo Galleries”Photo Galleries are accessed through a property.
To access a Photo Gallery:
- Select Properties from the left-hand navigation menu
- Choose a specific property
- Scroll to the bottom of the property details page to the Photo Gallery section
Each property has its own Photo Gallery.
Photo Gallery View
Section titled “Photo Gallery View”The Photo Gallery displays a list of photo albums for the selected property.
This view shows:
- All albums associated with that property
- Album names for easy identification
Album descriptions are not visible from the main Photo Gallery view.
Photo Albums
Section titled “Photo Albums”Photo albums are used to group related photos within a property.
Each album represents a collection of images tied to the same category, area, or purpose.
Accessing an Album
Section titled “Accessing an Album”Selecting an album opens the album view.
Inside an album, users can see:
- The album name
- The album description
- All photos stored within the album
Managing Photos
Section titled “Managing Photos”Within an album, users can add more photos.
To add photos:
- Select Add Photo
- Upload the desired images
- Select Save at the bottom right to apply changes
Changes to the following also require saving:
- Album name
- Album description
Printing an Album
Section titled “Printing an Album”In the top right corner of the album view is a Print button, represented by a printer icon.
Selecting this option allows users to print the contents of the album.
Album Limitations
Section titled “Album Limitations”Photo albums have the following limitations:
- Album descriptions are only visible inside the album view
- Photo albums cannot be deleted once created
Albums remain permanently associated with the property.
Best Practices
Section titled “Best Practices”- Use photo albums to organize images by area or purpose
- Keep album names and descriptions clear and descriptive
- Add photos regularly to maintain up-to-date visual records
- Use the Print option when physical copies are needed
- Plan album structure carefully, as albums cannot be deleted
